Duke Energy acquired solar power plants in Texas, blue-wing

Beijing January 26 morning, the U.S. electric power companies: Duke Energy Corporation (Duke Energy) announced that its portfolio of renewable energy, solar power plants will be joined, the company will acquire one in San Antonio, Texas in the solar power plant being planned .
Duke pointed out that the solar companies will be acquired Juwi designed generating capacity of 14 megawatts of blue wing (Blue Wing) solar power plant, while the company and the San Antonio City public utilities (2278.770, -71.89, -3.06%) by CPS Energy signed a 30-year agreement, blue-wing plant will produce electricity sold to CPS. 1 MW of electricity is generally about 150-250 to meet the needs of families.
The completion of the transaction will start the construction of power plants, expects the acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of March this year. Covers an area of 139 acres of the blue wing of solar power plant is expected to formally end of the year power generation. Today, Duke Energy and related companies were not disclosed financial details of the transaction.
