Warmly celebrate our company passed the CE certification on October 22, 2010, which marks WELLSEE products opened the EU market and meet the international standards.
WELLSEE New Energy Industry Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of Hubei Bluelight Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd., which is specializing in promoting the solar products trademark WELLSEE of the Hubei bluelight Group company.
The background and origin of the CE
In the past, the EC countries all have different requirements on the imported products. Products which meet the standard of one country may not acceptable by the other country’s Market. As a tool to eliminate the trade barriers, CE appears. Therefore, CE (CONFORMITE EUROPEENNE) is on behalf of the unity of the European Markets.
In fact, CE is the abbreviation for the phrase "European Community" in languages of many countries.The English phrase “EUROPEAN COMMUNITY” was abbreviated as EC in the past, but as for the "European Community" in French is COMMUNATE EUROPEIA, in Italian is COMUNITA EUROPEA , in Portuguese is COMUNIDADE EUROPEIA, in Spanish is COMUNIDADE EUROPE and so on, the EC was changed into CE. CE was abbreviated from the French phrase “Communate Europpene“, mean European Community. The European Community evolved into the European Union (EU) later.

The founders of the European Community are six countries: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

No matter the Products produced by EU local manuafacturer, or products produced by other countries, if they want to freeflow in the EU market, they all need to have "CE" mark, to show that they all meet the basic requirements of the EU Directive “the new methods for the technical coordination and standardization”
The significance of CE certificate
The significance of CE mark: CE mark means the commodities with CE mark meet the main requirements of the European Directive (Essential Requirements), and have passed the conformity assessment procedures and / or the manufacturers’ conformity declaration. What is CE Marking
